Sassolini (Little Pebbles)

Inspired by the organic forms of stones, shells, and leaves scattered along the shore of the Tyrrehnian coast, this collection captures the quiet poetry of the Italian coastline. 

While on holiday with my family, I found myself captivated by the pebbles beneath my feet. I arranged them in shifting patterns along my leg, in awe from their smooth, sculptural silhouettes. A few of these pebbles unexpectedly made their way back with me to New York, tucked among beach towels and sandals.

There, I transformed their shapes into silver through a casting process that preserves every curve and contour. Each piece in the Sassolini collection is hand-finished and polished, honoring the fleeting beauty of the seaside, permanently captured in silver and gold.
